Chelsea midfielder Kasey Palmer is reportedly being pursued by both Norwich City and Sheffield United, following confirmation of their promotion to the Premier League.
The 22-year-old is currently on loan at Bristol City where he has had a successful season, scoring five goals and contributing one assist in 35 appearances.
Palmer could cost £4m with both the Canaries and the Blades looking to reinforce their squads ahead of next season.
Norwich are also interested in signing Rennes right-back Mehdi Zeffane, according to reports in France.
Manager Daniel Farke is looking to strengthen his defence with the Algerian being eyed as a potential summer transfer target.
Blackburn Rovers Jack Rodwell is the subject of interest from two Italian clubs, reports in the local media are suggesting.
The former Everton and Manchester City midfielder’s contract at Ewood Park expires in the summer and both Sassuolo and Torino are believed to be keen on the 28-year-old.
